 Toshiba has released its SD-C16G, their first 16GB microSDHC card, ideal for storing music and video on cellphones and other portable devices. Toshiba also announced a number of new Class 6 SDHC cards specially made for high-speed digital camera, the SD-F08G 8GB, while the SD-F16G 16GB. The mass production of these SDHC cards will start in December, while the new microSDHC will be in January 2009 and this microSDHC will not be available until April 2009. Not words on pricing but recently its competitor SanDisk has announced the 16GB microSDHC card for $100. |
